A jolly good time

As Joshua nears 5 months old he is working very hard at getting that second tooth out and, as a result, prefers to be held, hugged, snuggled, and kissed during at least half of his awake time (this could be viewed as either a good or a bad thing. I am choosing to see it as a good thing.) However! Recently we acquired a wonderful old-school jolly jumper that has become Josh's home away from home (home being in our arms, of course). He tried it out for the first time yesterday and well, let's just say this little piece of baby paraphernalia is true to its name. It's easy to be jolly when you are jumping. What do you mean, "Jump?". Me no speaka de English.
Well okay, are you watching?
Woah nellie...did you see that move, Mom?!?Ellie. Is that you? You look shorter from this angle.
Come get me at nap time, mom...this is a blast!
