One FINE Evening

One week ago today we spontaneously decided to eat our supper outside.

The weather was PERFECT. No wind. Fall scent. No bugs. Beautiful sunset.

The kids had already had their baths and were in their pjs, but nobody cared.

It was a little taste of Heaven.

All this is hard to believe since it's been snowing all day today.

Cheers to Manitoba weather!

(Couldn't post the real handstand for modesty reasons!)

So thankful to Jesus for a second chance at summer (not pregnant, not all-consumed with a newborn) to squeeze in a few good sidewalk chalk-athons, long jump competitions in the dirt (I get wasted by Josh every time!), stroller races and backyard hide-and-seek matches.

Now, LET IT SNOW! :)
